  • Franklin Connellan - Director

Franklin leads DCS’s structuring and capital markets activity. With over two decades of experience in alternative investments and debt capital markets, he has originated and structured MTN programmes, SPVs, and related vehicles with regulated partners across multiple asset classes. His track record spans listed debt, private placements, funds, and structured products.
His experience includes real estate, mining, receivables and lending structures, renewable energy, electronic monitoring, and green/eco projects. Franklin holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and works directly with SMEs, family offices, and asset managers to design cost-effective structures that meet institutional standards.

  • Adrian M. Odgers - Head of Strategy

Adrian leads strategy and growth at DCS, ensuring programmes and market approach align with the needs of issuers and professional investors. A customer-first growth executive and fractional COO/CGO, he brings 18+ years of experience building and scaling operating models and go-to-market functions across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the GCC.
He has led global digital and customer experience transformations at firms such as Fidelity International and Natixis, managed P&Ls of $25M+, and built cross-regional teams of 50–120 people.
At DCS, Adrian focuses on translating structuring capabilities into clear propositions, repeatable growth systems, and execution frameworks, enabling clients to move efficiently from concept to live issuance.
